The appeal should be addressed to the Head of the Department for Foreigners of the Office for Foreigners in Warsaw, via the Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi that issued the refusal. In your appeal, clearly demonstrate your genuine intent to return after studies by providing evidence of strong personal and professional ties to your home country — such as family, employment prospects, or property ownership.
