Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing inquiries.
- Communicating with potential and existing clients.
- Controlling payment receipt.
- Selecting executors for corresponding services.
- Monitoring service execution.
- Generating reports and entering data into the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Higher education and at least 2 years of experience in a commercial organization.
- Knowledge of the structure of commercial companies and/or manufacturing enterprises.
- Knowledge of necessary permitting documentation for commercial activities.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of negotiation stages and handling objections.
- Understanding of CRM system and telephony work.
